Questions

Can I use these crowd sound effects in a YouTube video or a paid project?

Yes. Every clip here is CC0 or public domain, and both allow use in monetised videos, podcasts, games, apps and client work, with no fee and no need to ask.

Do I need to give credit for these crowd sound effects?

No. None of these clips require attribution. If you want to credit anyway, the recordings come from BigSoundBank.

Do these sound like American crowd sound effects?

Not all of them. One is a European recording ("Spanish crowd") and the description says where, so check it if your scene is set in the US.
